Please review all policies and procedures and code of conduct ahead of time. This information can be found here.
Important Notice: The company axe award rules have changed. TCC Company Axe Award -- The company axe award will be given to the company who has the top 3 competitors ranked in the competition. In order to be considered for the company axe, the winning company must be a member of the Georgia Arborist Association in good standing and have completed at least 10 hours of volunteer work directly related to the tree climbing championship of that calendar year. These volunteer hours can be completed on the workday prior to the competition or during the competition itself as a judge or volunteer. The volunteer hours do not have to be completed by the climbers in the competition but can be completed by any member of the same company or representative. Volunteer hours can be judge, technical or non-technical positions.
IF REGISTRATION FOR YOUR GROUP FILLS UP PLEASE GET ON THE WAITLIST...CANCELLATIONS HAPPEN. 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT IF IN-STATE HAS NOT FILLED UP, WE WILL CALL OUT-OF-STATE WAITLISTERS....FIRST REPLIES WILL RECEIVE THE OPEN SPOTS.
Do NOT register for a female spot if you are male and did not get a spot. Just because these spots are available does not mean that we will give them to you. This is grounds for disqualification.
Please plan to show up if you register. You cannot pass your spot to your friend if you cancel. It will go to the next person on the waiting list. We don't want to call people at the last minute from the waiting list because you decided not climb. Be courteous and give us advance notice.
Please plan for the Friday 4pm check in time for Gear Check. If you do not show up for Gear Check, you will not be allowed to climb.
